1,  Sales Engineer/New Business Development 
    
Job Duties:    Perform pre-sale and after sale technical consultation on all custom made and all spectrums of fiber and copper cables assemblies, wire harnesses, and installing voice and data cabling systems for data communication or telecommunication systems. Perform pre and after sales services to guarantee customer satisfaction. Improve product specification layout and detail according to the distinguishing features of company products. In charge of projects involving Department of Defense (DOD) small business Innovation Research to Fiber Optic End Face termination and processing. Promote planned expansion of sales of new product lines of optical components, optical sub-systems for data and telecommunications. Pra Master’s degree in Finance or Marketing or related with 6 months work experience as Financial Analyst or Market Research Analyst or related, providing market analysis and guidance to businesses in making investment decisions to include 3 months working experience designing marketing portfolio for small and medium-sized enterprises.Provide technical support for production and marketing staff; conduct regular meetings with sales staff regarding leads and market information exchange, sales performance, marketing techniques and strategies. Work with strategic partners to ensure customer needs and provide customer feedbacks and assessment on customer needs to support team and management; manage the escalation and resolution of customer technical problems with Customer Service. Conduct sales forecasting, product and market analysis, develop and execute strategic account plans, generate, develop and control sales leads, and maintain existing customer base and develop new customers; formulate marketing and sales program; represent company at tradeshows, customer events, and other customer facing opportunities.

Requires: a Bachelor's degree in Engineering concentrating in fiber optic application or related area or its equivalent plus 5 years progressive working experience in the following:

       
1)Designing, manufacturing of passive fiber optic components, modules and sub-systems such as Course/Conventional Wavelength Division Multiplexing (CWDM)s, Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing (DWDM)s, Isolators, Circulators and Optical Switches which are widely used in PON (Passive Optical Networks), FTTH (Fiber To The Home), FTTB (Fiber To The Building) and Test Equipments;
      
2)Sales and marketing applications for the optical transceivers, such as Small Form Factor (SFF), Small Form Factor Pluggable (SFP), Gigabit Interface Converter (GBIC), upgraded version of SFP transceiver (SFP+) and Small Form Pluggable (XFP), rate ranging from 155Mbps to 10Gbps, including experience in new product introduction.

       40 hours work week. 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
      
Salary for Sales Engineer/New Business Development: $109,346.00 per year

Business Development Specialist

  
Job Details: Search, identify, and expand new business for fiber optical products and other new business opportunities; concentrate on developing business with government GSA contracts, military projects, data center installation service, fiber optic component products, specialty outdoor long haul fiber optic trunk cables, foreign markets for fiber optic products, as well as SBIR (small business innovation research) opportunities. Communicate with foreign suppliers and manufacturers daily regarding local market trend and developments, product design, contract execution, shipment of goods etc. Provide budget, cost, and credit analysis including market analysis to predict and analyze customer demands.

  
Requires:
